Sharon K. Hydo

UW-Eau Claire

Sharon K. Hydo earned a BSN from Marquette University, a MSN from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and is currently back at Marquette to complete a PhD in nursing - with special emphasis on nurse education and care of vulnerable populations.

Her clinical experiences include staff nursing in a pediatric oncology unit in Milwaukee, active duty in the Navy Nurse Corps in San Diego, Trauma ICU at the University of California at San Diego, and nursing in a small rural hospital. Sherri belong to Sigma Theta Tau, the Nursing History Society, Modern Language Association, and the International Association of Human Caring.

The BSN@Home program is provided through the University of Wisconsin System,
administered by Collaborative Nursing Program consisting of the following schools:
UW-Eau Claire, UW-Green Bay, UW-Madison, UW-Milwaukee and UW-Oshkosh.
