Susan Gallagher-Lepak, RN, PhD, started teaching in the nursing program at UW-Green Bay in Fall 2003. Previously, she served as a guest and associate lecturer at UW-Madison. She has worked in a variety of health care settings: case manager at Laris Rehabilitation in Milwaukee, transplant clinical nurse specialist at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, dialysis nurse, and staff nurse. Additionally, Susan has worked as a psychologist in several rehabilitation programs.

She earned her BSN from Marquette, her MSN from UW-Milwaukee, and her PhD in rehabilitation psychology from UW-Madison.

The BSN@Home program is provided through the University of Wisconsin System,
administered by Collaborative Nursing Program consisting of the following schools:
UW-Eau Claire, UW-Green Bay, UW-Madison, UW-Milwaukee and UW-Oshkosh.
